When you interact with our services, we collect the information you provide to us. For example, most of our services require you to set up an account so we can collect some important information about you, such as your first and last name, phone number, and date of birth.

 

Of course, you also provide us with all the information you send through our services, such as the photos you take or receive. Keep in mind that users viewing your photos, comments, and other content can always save that content or copy it outside of the app. So the same common sense that applies to the Internet in general also applies to our services: don't send messages or share content that you wouldn't want someone to save or share.

 

In addition, to avoid any abuses, we are also setting up a moderation system for groups with a large number of participants, thus making it possible to filter content deemed inappropriate or degrading.

 

Some of the data below is mandatory for legal reasons or to satisfy our general conditions of use, without them it will not be possible to access our services.

 

Information we obtain when you use our services:

Device phonebook:

Our services are designed to help you share your photos with loved ones, we may - with your permission - collect information from your device's phone book.

 

Camera and photos:

Most of our services require us to collect images and other information from your device's camera and photos. For example, you will not be able to share photos from your native photo gallery if we do not have access to it.

Sharing with other Keepture users:

We may share the following data with other Keepture users:

Your first and last name and your profile photo as well as the photos you share are information that can be seen by the rest of the users who are part of your Keepture contacts.

 

Find Friends: When you allow us to access your address book, we may send information about you to other users who also have your name and phone number in their address book on their phone to to make it easier for you to add friends to Keepture.

 

Sharing for the provision of services: 

We may transmit information about you to service providers who perform services on our behalf, and to our partners who provide certain services and features, in a specific context (technical and hosting providers, sending notifications, security incident management for example) and in compliance with any appropriate security and confidentiality measures. These service providers and partners may be located outside the European Union and in particular in the United States. Where applicable, we ensure that they implement a level of protection for your information equivalent to that guaranteed by the GDPR.

 

Sharing with public authorities:

We may be compelled to communicate your personal data within the framework of a law or a regulation in force, a court order or a regulation, or if this disclosure is necessary within the framework of an investigation, or a procedure, on the national territory or abroad.

4. Data access rights :

 

You have several rights over your information: 

Permission to access : you can access all the information you share with us for free, most of it is accessible directly from your profile on the app.

Right to deletion:you can delete some of your information yourself directly from the app, for example deleting a friend you added.

5. Retention of your data:

 

In accordance with the applicable regulations, you keep your personal data for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

 

We retain your account information, such as your first and last name, phone number, and friend list, until you ask us to delete it.

 

If your account is inactive for more than two years, we may delete it, and we may delete or anonymize any personal information associated with your account.

 

 6. Children :

Keepture is not intended for minors under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you will not be able to use our services.

 

7. Notifications :

 

Your mobile device and the app must be set up so that you are notified of incoming calls, chats and messages when you are not using the app. If you do not wish to benefit from this feature, you can modify the settings of your application or your telephone to no longer receive notifications from the Application.

 

8. Changes to our Privacy Policy :

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Therefore, we recommend that you consult this Policy regularly in order to inform You of any updates to its content.
